- Acceptance Of Terms.
When trading in B.C.C. ZY ( Business Commerce Centre - ZHOU YONG Company ), you agree to the terms and conditions of net-commerce Agreement ("Terms"), which BCCZY in its discretion may change from time to time. We will post a notice on our web site to inform you of any changes to the Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue to do
the business in our net-commerce circle. The changed Terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are initially posted on the homepage of our site. Your continued do the business will signify your acceptance of the changed Terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the trading shall be subject to this Agreement. This Agreement may not be otherwise modified except in a writing signed by the

- BCCZY Web Site and URL.
BCCZY is not B2B or C2C or B2C website it is business circle mainly for import and export we set up webpages just for
online communication and display the commodities or services and run the business in latest information technology and all contract and agreement must be signed off line, so actually we call BCCZY business regulation is F2F ( face to face )
- Who Can Use BCCZY
The Business is only available to individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law and who are determined qualified by BCCZY. If you do not qualify, please do not contact with us. BCCZY may, in its sole discretion, refuse the trading service to anyone at any time.
- Fees.
A fee schedule will be provided to you for joining BCCZY and doing the business in our commerce circle and use our services and it is free for business partner

- You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties and for all hardware, software, service and other costs you incur to trade, procure a listing from us, or access our servers. We reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of the Service at any time without notice when we found the business on your side is illegal national and international .
- BCCZY your net-commerce circle
As the critical hub of net-commerce between buyers and sellers, BCCZY endeavors to provide service of the highest quality. Customers can research on the sellers, investigate the quality of offered commodities, select the preferred transaction date and transportation Inc., distribution channel and how best to conduct the sale.
BCCZY aims to take the guesswork out of net-commerce and recommed the proper members for your reference therefore we require accurate samples and have checkpoints to guarantee that shipped goods match the represented sample. In addition, to ensure that buyers issue L/C's promptly and that sellers can ship the products without delay, ensure that both parties conform strictly to BCCZY's Terms & Conditions and credit terms.
BCCZY will assist with deals conducted via our auction and bidding system, we highly recommend
that we can be your project assitant and assess the risks and conditions properly before transacting.
BCCZY further claims no responsibilities for any external circumstances beyond our control.
- Your Information And Items For Trade.
"Your Information" includes any information data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials you provide to us by email / Fax / post mail / UPS / online communication in MSN ICQ QQ or other users during the registration, trading or listing processes, in any public message area or through any email feature. With respect to Your Information, you are solely responsible for Your Information and we may keep the information or remove it in BCCZY system anytime with or without notice.
- Registration Obligations.
If you register with us, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or company as prompted by the member information form at www.tradesalon.net and (b) maintain and promptly update the member information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or BCCZY has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, BCCZY has the right to suspend or terminate your registration and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.
- Net-Commerce Member ID, CP and Security.
During the registration process, you must fulfil inquiry form click at and after receiving your form we will check your information and you will be provided Member ID number and communication password ( CP ) ; the ID is the unique indentification in your later email "subject" for we only read and process the email message with the subject of ID in our system. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your Member ID, and for all activities that occur under your Member ID and CP. You agree to immediately notify BCCZY of any unauthorized use of your Member ID or CP or any other breach of security.
- Rules About Your Information:
You agree that Your Information and the items you offer for trade on BCCZY:
- will not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
- will not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
- will not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
- will not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing
- Privacy.
Notwithstanding the license in paragraph 6, BCCZY will only use Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Statement. The complete terms of our Privacy Statement are part of this Agreement so you should read it. Please note that when you voluntarily disclose Your Information in BCCZY's trading areas, that information can be collected and used by others.

The Trading Process
- Listing An Item.
Listings are text descriptions, graphics and/or pictures on BCCZY's web site supplied by you that either; (a) describe an item you have that you want to trade, or (b) describe an item you are looking for. You may post either or both of these listing types of listings on BCCZY's web site, provided that you place such listings in an appropriate category. BCCZY is not responsible for the accuracy or content of listings.
- Negotiating A Trade.
Traders on BCCZY negotiate with each other through the process of formulating offers and counteroffers. Acceptance of an offer or counteroffer by all parties constitutes an obligation for all parties involved to complete the transaction.
- Handling Trading Disputes.
We do not and cannot be involved in dealings between traders. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you agree and undertake to release BCCZY (and our agents and employees) from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. We can recommend the qualified business partner in the current time according your specific requirement and you should control the payment for BCCZY never Sign the trading agreement or contract with any Inc. or person but BCCZY has way to provide the best trading channel for legal business in the target market in the current time.
- Use Common Sense.
We cannot do we try to control the information provided by other users, which is made available through the Service. By its very nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using our site.
- Contact & Feedback.
Any time to communicate with us by fax and email, you must put your "ID" as the subject whenever contents of your message and our system will remove or ignore any email, fax and post mail from non net-commerce member of BCCZY
- Termination.
You agree that BCCZY, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard Your Information within the Service, for any reason, including without limitation, if BCCZY believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter and spirit of the Agreement. BCCZY may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that BCCZY may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that BCCZY shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
Paragraphs 11, 12, 13, and 16 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
- What Happens if You Break the Rules?
We may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership, any of your current listings, and any other information you place on the site if you breach this Agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us. Without limiting any other remedies, BCCZY may suspend or terminate your account if you are found (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) to have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site.
- We will try very hard to make your experience with BCCZY enjoyable. Unfortunately, we cannot always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data or other service interruptions.
- Compliance With Laws.
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Service and your bidding on, listing, purchase and sale of items, including, but not limited to, complying with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside.
- Links.
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because BCCZY has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that BCCZY is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that BCCZY shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
- Notices.
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by email to (in the case of BCCZY) or to the email address you provide to BCCZY during the registration process (in your case), or such other address as the party shall specify. Notice shall be deemed given twenty-four (24) hours after email is sent.
- Alternatively, we may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to BCCZY during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given three (3) days after the date of mailing.
- Force Majeure.
BCCZY shall not be liable to you for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, labor disputes or disturbances, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures, or casualties.
- Assignment.
BCCZY may assign this Agreement without your consent.
- BCCZY Privacy Statement:
The following explains BCCZY commitment to keeping our members’ information confidential and secure at all times and the information gathering and dissemination practices for BCCZY.
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information
(such as: Inc. name, contact name, title, e-mail address, phone number, and mailing address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send users information about our center or to notify them of pertinent changes and/or additions to the BCCZY's web site. Users may opt out of receiving future mailings by sending an email with their name to BCCZY
Only members may be able to access the BCCZY Membership Directory. BCCZY does not release member’s contact information to non-members, except for you willing to put in our website and confirmed in your message
and remove your information follow your instriction.
We may use personal information to determine the demographics of our users and to distribute statistics and general marketplace information about BCCZY. These demographics will always represent aggregate information and never identify a specific user.
Occasionally, BCCZY may disclose the names of member companies, however users may opt out of having their company name released by sending an email with their name and "Unlist" in the subject line to BCCZY does not release member’s contact information to non-members.
We require references for those who register to trade on our site in order to ensure that only qualified buyers and sellers have the ability to make bids or offers. Only with your written authorization would this information be disclosed to buyers or sellers.
BCCZY may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. The BCCZY site contains links to other web sites. BCCZY is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
BCCZY do not collect personally identifying information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide it.
BCCZY may update or amend this Privacy Statement at any time by posting the amended Statement to the BCCZY site.
